You seem not to understand the tremendous power that was in the hands of Ameachi during the Buhari era, especially when Abba Kyari was alive. He could get anything he wanted, if he so wished. Ameachi was 10 times more powerful than Fashola, yet, he couldn't use that influence to fix the East-West road.
