Story! Not new to us. Audio meter. Single phase meter is now 140 something thousand thereabout. Believe Nigerian governments at your own risk. Na so Ogun Governor promised some areas in the state 247 electricity last February, no one has come out to tell us why the promise is yet to be fulfilled.

Make research on why they are not returning. Same thing the mumu rep that's sponsoring the bill seeking for a jail term for people that do not vote should do. Make research on why people aren't coming out to vote and do the needful. Simple

Yes, it can be said of yayi. That's why I was asking if you're from Ogun at first. Yayi has done so many projects in and out of his constituency as a senator which makes people love him.
helinues:

Did he play Kwara politics? Even when he wasn't partaking in Ogun state politics, he was doing something for his Ogun East people. Can same be said about Yayi and Edun?
Raregem9000(m): 7:03am On May 18
This isn't true bro. Even Ogun central politician dey fear this man. You know how many road this man has done outside his constituency? Some people say he's doing it because of his governorship ambition but people don't care. He wanted to help with one road that links sapon to Isabo but they didn't allow him. APC politicians there said he should face his constituency.
helinues:

I am relaying the sentiments of the people most especially Ogun central and Ogun East who are the majority

I hear you
helinues:

If Dimeji Bankole would be contesting, he would edge both Yayi and Edun in Apc primary.

Ogun state politics is local
Raregem9000(m): 6:49am On May 18
The question is did DA play any Ogun local politics before he became governor? No!
helinues:

You can't compare DA with Yayi or Edun

Both Yayi and Edun chose to be playing other places politics while neglecting the politics of Ogun state . Perhaps they realised their ambition to become the governor of where they have been playing their politics is not certain, they now think Ogun is the next option. No..

DA never get involved in Kwara politics
Raregem9000(m): 6:43am On May 18
Check my comment again bro, I said Yayi will make a better governor than Edun. Who know Edun for here?
Starhearts:

Diz actually shows dat u nothing about Ogun politics... who is wale Edun wen it come to Ogun politics...

No political base .. no local structure

Just tell him to keep his money ...

If nt him eyes go clear ...

Him closeness to Jagaban can't do it alone ...

Raregem9000(m): 11:36pm On May 17
Lol. Which Ogun local politics did the current governor play before his emergence? Lol.
helinues:

Both of them have not been playing the Ogun local politics...

So they don't both have the chance of becoming the governor. No need of who will be better than each other

Do you live in Ogun? The question op asked was who do you think will make a better governor between YAYI and Edun? You think Edun will make a better governor than Yayi?
helinues:

You didn't think that through
Raregem9000(m): 10:34pm On May 17
I think Yayi will make a better governor.
OmoOgunOriginal:
It's an open secret that Senator Olamilekan Adeola aka Yayi, the Chairman Senate Appropriation Committee representing Ogun West is extremely interested in being the next Ogun State Governor and has been working heavily towards it.

Using his vantage position in the Senate, he has diverted a lot of the budgets of various agencies and departments of the country to do projects in his senatorial district, and other senatorial districts in the state, much to the indignation of people who see him as an usurper of the role of his fellow federal lawmakers. Many of such people are in Ogun Central.

Now, word on the street of Abeokuta is that the Coordinating Minister of the Economy and Minister of Finance, Wale Edun is being pressured by a coalition of politicians and professionals to run for the position of the Ogun State Governor in 2027. Their reasoning is that only Wale Edun can effectively counter the influence that Senator Yayi has in Abuja to clinch the APC guber ticket, aside from former Governor Osoba, who has not displayed his own hands yet.

Who do you think will make a better governor between YAYI and Edun?
Raregem9000(m): 7:38pm On May 16
Bro, third party na 15k oo. It was 5k or so during PMB tenure.
McLizbae:
This can't be true. All insurance can't be 15k when the whole cost of renewal in some states (including third-party insurance) is still less than 15k.
Raregem9000(m): 9:04pm On May 15
The man dey try gan for his constituency and even other constituency too. He wanted to help us repair some roads in my constituency but they didn't allow him. They said he should face his constituency. The man never come out to say he won contest for governor but dem don dey fear already
zikter:
For example, that Senator Yayi(Solomon) representing Yelewa West or so, that Ilaro side in Ogun State. I was shocked the last time I went to that area. The man has completely changed the place. I began to wonder if it is the same senate that one man is representing my constituency.
Raregem9000(m): 8:34pm On May 15
The man dey try no b small
ejieddy:
Now I understand. At least I see Yayi doing the Lord's work. He's using the money well. Will he pocket some, I don't give two hoots

I don't think they even know the next thing to do. Why would they be thinking of jailing people for not voting? During elections, when violence erupts, the police are nowhere to be found, they run. Yet they expect innocent people to risk their lives to vote in an election where the votes won’t even count, just to elect one useless politician. They should be ready to jail millions of people. They better go borrow money to build more correctional centers since the one available won't be enough. Rubbish bill

And one is still finding it difficult to do common potholes in his constituency that people has been begging him for but he can share rice and eggs during the last salah. You need to see how people were thanking this particular senator I'm talking about on radio. One senator from another constituency wanted to help for the potholes but they stopped him. They said it's not his constituency, and that he wanted to do it because he's eyeing the governorship seat.

They wouldn’t be staying back if Nigeria were in a better state. Just the other day, some people who went on a pilgrimage to Jerusalem ran away and didn’t return. All of this is happening because of the situation in the country. Honestly, if relocating abroad (japa) weren’t so expensive, 95% of Nigerians would leave the country without a second thought.
